We have been featured as guest chefs at "The Taste of San Clemente (Ca.)", and "The Taste of San Juan Capistrano (Ca.)". A frequently overheard comment is "Wait 'til you get a load of these guys." David Biber and Michael Swan have developed a unique style and approach. Two Guys Grilling© features California outdoor cuisine incorporating the fusion of a smoker and a grill. We have developed signature dishes such as "Inside-Out Carnitas", and "The Smoked Tri Tip French Dip Sandwich". We call it "California Q".
