Cajun Turkey Basting Butter with Pasilla

Essential for the moist end result we all demand from turkey. Basting Butter helps protect your smoked turkey from drying from the top. We want the turkey to release fat from the bottom.

Ingredients:
1/2 lb Butter
1 Tbs Two Guys Grilling© Cajun Spice
1 Tsp Two Guys Grilling© Pasilla
Repeat Recipe as Needed

Directions:
Melt Butter in Pan
Whisk in Cajun Spice and Pasilla
Reduce Heat to Warm
Keep on Warm, Whisking Frequently
Baste as Needed- at least at each turn
