Bri’s Boneless Beef Ribs

My eldest daughter absolutely loves this dish. Her enthusiasm has infected many of her friends. Boneless Beef Ribs are naturally a little chewy. The longer you refrigerate them (up to 72 hours) the more tender and flavorful they become thanks to the Granulated Onion.


3 Lbs Boneless Beef Ribs (You will want leftovers)
The Dana Point Trinity© (heavy on the Granulated Onion)
*Two Guys Grilling© Mediterranean Sea Salt (lightly)
*Two Guys Grilling© Fine Ground White Pepper (light dusting)
*Two Guys Grilling© Granulated Onion (generously)

Season Boneless Beef Ribs liberally
Place on platter, cover
Refrigerate 24 to 72 hours

Grill over medium heat 3 minutes
Turn over. Grill 3 minutes
Turn over, Grill 3 minutes
Rotate 90 degrees
Turn over, Grill 3 minutes
Turn over, Grill 3 minutes
Remove when done


Arrrr! One of the most economical cuts of beef can be one of the most flavorful. This recipe can feed a lot of guests for not a lot of money.
