1 - 3 to 4 lb Whole Chicken (Cleaned and rinsed)
Two Guys Grilling© A Fowl Thing
Olive Oil
2 Lemon Quarters
1 Sprig Rosemary

Fire up the grill hot - Allow to pre-heat
Season chicken inside and out liberally with Two Guys Grilling© A Fowl Thing
Place Lemon and Rosemary in cavity
Spritz with Olive Oil all sides

Reduce heat to Med/Med High
Place chicken on the grill over direct flame for 3 minutes
Turn and grill for 3 minutes
Move chicken to upper shelf or to the side away from direct flame
Roast at 360° for 30 to 45 min - use an oven thermometer (until done)

Drizzle occasionally with Two Guys Grilling© Pasilla Basting Butter. You will love it, I Gar-on-tee!!
Always use a probe thermometer to check doneness

Variations: substitute Two Guys Grilling© Dill Seasoning or Two Guys Grilling© Garlic Seasoning in place of A Fowl Thing.
