Frozen Chicken Tenders

Just about any frozen edible less than one inch thick can be placed directly on the grill. The trick is in knowing how. Some victims require a griddle (in Two Guys Grilling© opinion), some do not.

Chicken Tenders

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Preheat Grill to medium hot
Season with The Dana Point Trinity©
*Two Guys Grilling© Mediterranean Sea Salt (lightly)
*Two Guys Grilling© Fine Ground White Pepper (light dusting)
*Two Guys Grilling© Granulated Onion (generously)
Spritz with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Place Frozen Chicken Tenders on hot grill
Grill two to three minutes
Turn Chicken over,
Grill two to three minutes

Let rest 30 seconds and serve

Small food items, such as 31 to 40 count shrimp can be difficult to cook on your grill’s grate. For anything that is in danger of sticking to the grate or falling through the grate, use a good quality griddle. (aluminum or a seasoned cast iron griddle is a wonderful addition to your grilling tools.
