Grilled Bologna Cups

Grilled Bologna Cups is one of my brother Aaron’s favorites. His wife (Nancy) doesn’t like it, so he rarely is able to enjoy it. Must be a guy thing.

Thick Sliced Bologna
Potato Salad

Put bologna on a hot grill
When slices curl or “cup” turn over
Slice will “cup” into opposite direction
Remove from heat
Fill with potato salad
Plate

With only two ingredients, I still call this a recipe. Go ahead, see if Aaron was right. Nancy is a wonderful lady, she just doesn’t like bologna. Their sons Jake and Josh agree with Aaron.
