Grilled Pita Points
I love the Tunisian Pitas that Mom’s Specialty Foods in San Diego, California has.
Pita Breads
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Two Guys Grilling© Chile Pasilla
Spray both sides of the pita with Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sprinkle generously with Two Guys Grilling© Chile Pasilla
Place on a hot grill until grill marks appear (about 2-3 minutes)
Turn over
Grill until grill marks appear
When the Pita starts to stiffen, remove from grill
Cut Grilled Pita Breads into six to eight wedges
Serve with Hummus, Guacamole Salsa, Brochette or your favorite dip. This
