Pasilla Corn Bread

Cast iron is the original non stick cookware. For the grill there are few vessels that can match it’s prowess. If you have your hand me down in storage, break it out!


1 6 in
Cast Iron Skillet
1 8.5 oz Package Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1/2 Cup
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Tsp Chile Pasilla Molido
1 TBS
Butter


Coat inside of Well Seasoned Cast Iron Skillet with Butter
Place on Upper Shelf of Grill
Allow to Preheat 10 to 15 minutes


Prepare Mix According to Package Instructions
Stir in Chile Pasilla Molido and Cheese
Allow to rest 10 minutes
Place Skillet on Upper Shelf, or over Indirect Heat
Groast for 15 minutes


Make it once and you will definitely make it again. By the way, you should definitely try different cheeses and Chile Molidos.
