Grab the earthy and spicy flavor of Chipotle counterbalanced with the coolness f the sour cream. Great dipping sauce for hot appetizers off the grill.
1 cup sour cream
1 Tsp Two Guys Grilling© Chipotle Rub
1/4 Tsp Two Guys Grilling© Chile Chipotle (if you dare)
1/2 Tsp Milk

Mix all ingredients in bowl
Refrigerate one hour or more
Mix again, serve
