Chilean Sea Bass - Fresh, Whole

Olive or Avocado Oil - In Spritzer
Preheat Grill to Medium Hot
Cut Slits in Both Sides of Whole Fish to Score
Season Chilean Sea Bass With:

Spritz with Olive or Avocado Oil
Allow to Rest 5 to 10 Minutes
Grill 1 to 2 minutes, Turn Over (3 minutes for larger fish)
Grill 1 to 2 minutes - Do Not Over Cook!

Scoring whole fish is the real key to great fish grilling. Calculating
