Grilled Corn on the Cob

Although more of a technique than a recipe, Grilled Corn on the Cob is the perfect side dish for those grand cookouts. The ultimate side dish, serve Grilled Corn on the Cob with your favorite olive oil or flavored butter (Pasilla sounds pretty good).

Pull Corn Husks Back, Do Not Remove
Remove, Discard Silk
Soak Whole Cobs in of Cold Water 15 to 20 Minutes

Preheat Grill to Medium
Remove Corn from Water
Pull Husks Back to Cover Kernels

Place Corn on the Cob on your Grill
Grill over Medium heat
Turn Every 3 minutes

After Two to Three turns
Remove to Upper Shelf (if cooking other veggies)
Roast for 15 to 20 minutes

Corn on the Cob is done when the kernels squirt when pressed with a thumbnail. The length of time for grilling has everything to do with the prevailing atmospheric conditions while grilling.
